• Round 4 Mystery race • Round 5 Combines + CNSW Time Blaster 8:53 for $200
Explain these races 1 lap Drag race- Riders position 1-4 up the track. The riders start in a Time trial hold (No-Push) for whistle start. First one back wins. Easy
Mystery- This is a standard scratch race however the number of laps is predetermined by the organiser and concealed. The riders are given a bell with 1 lap to go.

1 lap screamer procedure • Groups of 4 will be selected as you come up ramp
• Riders will assemble at top of ramp before race
• Riders will be allocated a starting position 1 bottom 4 top
• Riders are held for a time trial start on the pursuit line
• The starter will say ready; Whistle.
• Holders will release with no push!
• Holders required
• Please be prompt to your start.
Junior Development is on this week! • This year Michelle Ferris will be hosting Junior development
• coaching starts at 6pm
• Cost is $5
• Again this year the first race of the night will be a Junior development race starting at 7:05pm

Points for 2010 series • For every week you attend you receive 10 points
• In rounds 3 and 4 top 4 place getters receive 5,3,2 and 1point respectively
• From August 27 place getter points are doubled.
Going up a grade
The 10 Point Rule to be activated. • Promoted riders will take points with them but will not exceed 10pts below leader of grade. This rule will be activated on August 13 @ 7:05pm.

Sydney Metro’s and Sydney Winter Track Championships • Start Gates will not be used for these Championships due to time constraints.
• Interstate and International riders are invited to enter.
• Top 3* riders in each category will receive The 2010 Sydney Winter Track Championship Gold, Silver or Bronze medal respectively.
• Top 3* Metropolitan riders in each category will receive The 2010 Metropolitan Track Cycling Championship Gold, Silver or Bronze medal respectively.
• Should a Metropolitan rider finish in the overall top 3* they will receive both medals corresponding to their position in each championship.
• Medals are awarded on a cumulative Points basis over each of the events on offer.
• * Minimum field per category = 5 riders. Categories may be combined to ensure all three medals can be awarded.
